Spaghetti with fresh tomato and burrata

  • 200 gr Spaghetti
  • 30 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 500 gr Burrata
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Basil



Start by frying the chopped onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the salt and a ladle of the cooking water.

Cook for another 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil a pot with plenty of salted water.


Cook the spaghetti and drain them in the pan while still al dente.

Sauté them with the sauce and a ladle of the cooking water.

Serve by placing the burrata at the base of the plate and place it on top of spaghetti with a teaspoon of burrata and fresh basil.
